deugro’s Most Promising (DMP) program
The DMP program is our flagship initiative designed to support future leaders within our company. This two-year program offers participants an opportunity to gain unique international experience by rotating through various locations worldwide every three months.
Participants engage in project freight forwarding and corporate functions, including IT, Marketing, Finance, Contract Management, Insurance, QHSES and Compliance. DMP candidates master the intricacies of project operations, from planning and execution to handling complex transport engineering tasks.

Mentoring program
Our six-month mentoring program fosters personal and professional growth by pairing employees with experienced deugro leaders. This participant-driven initiative allows mentees to set their own development goals, explore new opportunities and receive insightful feedback. Participants explore development possibilities, commit to action, reflect and evaluate their results with the support of their mentors and deugro Academy coaches. This initiative allows more experienced colleagues to pass on deugro best practices and industry knowledge to young, ambitious professionals.
