The deugro roadshow has already begun! Here’s a small glimpse into some of our global adventures:

During the roadshow stop in Poland and the Czech Republic, teams crafted birdhouses and tackled tractor-driving challenges, learned the art of Czech beer brewing, and planted a linden tree as a symbol of Czech heritage. The journey continued with a scenic hike to the legendary Blaník Mountain.

Australia’s roadshow stop featured team-building activities like Pickleball and a traditional Outback barbecue. Participants capped off their experience by making Australian damper bread around a campfire.

Our Italian adventure took participants to the scenic landscapes of Lake Garda, where they experienced the thrill of racing at South Garda Karting and enjoyed a serene boat ride exploring the beauty of the region.

The Dubai and Abu Dhabi deugro teams went to the desert to enjoy a dinner under the stars. A great entertaining program was planned, included a traditional belly and Tanoura dancer as well as a fire-eater. On the second day, the team completed a guided hike in the Jebel Jais in Ras al Khaimah mountains. The event ended with a scenic lunch at a panorama restaurant.

In New Delhi, the roadshow stop began with a spiritual ceremony, followed by a vibrant Bhangra face-off, where participants showcased their dance skills, followed by a North Indian cultural fiesta complete with traditional Rajasthani turban making and a puppet show. Participants also engaged in a community service project, transforming a school and providing children with a hearty meal.

The South African leg of the deugro roadshow began with a lively bus ride to a game lodge, where participants enjoyed a traditional cooking competition and a dinner in a natural cave. Afterwards the team embarked on an Eco Safari Challenge, culminating in a magical game drive with sundowners at the Hippo Dam, where sightings of lions, giraffes and other wildlife created unforgettable memories. The evening ended with a vibrant drumming session under the African sky. The final day featured a visit to a local soup kitchen, where the team served meals and embraced the spirit of community.

In Lima, the roadshow highlighted Peru’s rich history and cuisine with a visit to Pachacamac Museum, an interactive cooking session and a lively celebration of Peruvian culture with traditional dance and music.

The London roadshow stop took place at a riverside venue, showcasing the team’s commitment to social causes. The celebration included a silent disco and karaoke, creating a lively and dynamic environment for employees to bond and unwind.
