What It Takes to Achieve Client Satisfaction
The evaluation of our client feedback in 2023 showed: on average, there is a 90% likelihood that clients will work with us again.
The majority of our clients is satisfied or very satisfied with our services.
The participation was similar to last years – overall 312 feedbacks were received. Of those feedbacks, a significant majority was fully positive, showing that your clients appreciate the dedication and hard work that each of you contributes.
To ensure deugro can continuously improve and meet client requirements, we created a structured client satisfaction feedback process. The feedback process is fully digitalized and super quick—only requiring approximately four minutes!
As we take ownership of our service quality, we appreciate feedback that is not fully positive—using it as a starting point to take action and improve. We want to continue to level up our services and stay a market leader within this quickly evolving project logistics industry.
