20 Years of deugro India

For three days in Goa, colleagues from across deugro India had something that does not happen every day: the chance to step away from calls and emails, sit down together and get to know the people behind the work.

The deugro India Meet 2026 brought colleagues from all branches together to mark 20 years of deugro India. The first day put the focus on the business, with branch presentations looking at performance, individual contributions, future plans and the goals ahead. It also gave everyone a chance to see what colleagues beyond their own teams are working on and how those pieces connect.

Varsha Mane, Operations Executive at the Hyderabad Office, captured it well: “Beyond the agendas and meetings, this event was a reminder that collaboration, trust and strong relationships are the foundation of every success.”

That thought became quite literal during “The Big Picture.”
Ten teams received two canvases each and set out to paint their part of a design they had never seen. There was one complication: No team had all the colors it needed. To finish their canvases, colleagues had to approach other teams, negotiate, exchange materials and sometimes complete a playful challenge for the color they were missing.

It made for a lively session, but the real payoff came at the end. As the 20 canvases were assembled, the individual pieces suddenly became one complete image. Everyone had been working on something different, and that was precisely the point. What we do across deugro India may look different from one branch or role to another, but it all contributes to the same picture.

The conversations continued well beyond the activity. Branch heads introduced their offices, teams and areas of work, while case studies and discussions gave colleagues a closer look at expertise and experience across India.

Paresh Raut, Assistant General Manager – Business Development Projects, Mumbai Branch, said meeting colleagues from other branches helped him learn more about what others do across the company. Their presentations also gave him a fresh perspective on where he could place greater focus in his own work.

And once the formal sessions finished, there was still a lot to do. Colleagues shared dinner and live music, took part in an interactive illusion experience and, on the final day, swapped meeting rooms for team challenges on the beach.

The awards ceremony then brought the focus back to the people behind our work. For Deenadayalan S. Parisam, Manager – Operations, Chennai Branch, receiving the Team Leader of the Year 2026 award was a particularly personal moment. “I am thankful to my team and to every colleague who supported me,” he said.

After three days together, colleagues left Goa knowing a little more about the people and the work across deugro India. Some had met for the first time, others finally had the chance to catch up in person. And everyone had a few more faces to put to the names they see in their inbox every day.

Twenty years gave us plenty to look back on in Goa. Just as importantly, these three days also gave us a clearer view of where we want to go from here, and how we can get there together.
