Compliance Management System
Our Compliance Management System (CMS) was designed to consider various international regulations and recognized standards, including the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act 2010 (UKBA), and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. Our Code of Ethics and Compliance and our Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy serve as the foundation for our CMS, and are reviewed, updated and acknowledged by all deugro group employees on an annual basis.
To keep our employees involved in our efforts to live and maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity in daily project logistics, we also offer frequent compliance training as well as internal programs to constantly raise awareness on compliance and to actively involve employees.
Corporate Governance
Governing Body
The starting point for setting the corporate tone at deugro begins with our Governing Body: the Management Board including our Chairman and Co-CEO. The Governing Body is accountable for ensuring that compliance objectives are built into deugro’s strategy and that the Compliance Management System meets established corporate compliance objectives.
Compliance Department
The Compliance Department, led by a trained and certified attorney, is an objective body of deugro. It advises on compliance with the rules and regulations of applicable regulatory agencies, develops and implements company policies and procedures, and establishes effective controls to monitor behavior throughout the organization.
Speak Up! Reporting Channel
Do you have an ethics- or compliance-related question or concern?
Speak Up! is deugro’s primary reporting channel. To make it easier to raise questions or concerns securely and confidentially about potentially unethical behavior or policy violations, we have established our 24/7 hotline: Speak Up!. This resource is always available to you in multiple languages by phone or Internet. You can also make a report anonymously.
