deugro at Intermodal South America 2026

Last week, our teams based in South America came together in São Paulo for Intermodal South America 2026, one of the most important meeting points for freight transport, logistics, intralogistics, and foreign trade in the region.

Held from 14–16 April 2026, Intermodal provided the right setting for what we value most: meaningful conversations, practical exchange, and collaboration focused on real project requirements.

Throughout the event, our teams had the opportunity to:

  • Reconnect with existing clients and partners, strengthening long‑standing relationships and discussing upcoming project requirements.
  • Engage with new contacts, exploring where deugro’s specialized project logistics expertise can add value to complex transport challenges.
  • Exchange insights with colleagues from other offices, combining local market knowledge with global experience to support cross‑border projects more effectively.

International reach, applied expertise

What makes our presence at industry events especially meaningful is how closely it mirrors our daily operations.

With 70+ offices in 40+ countries, we support projects wherever they are executed, bringing together early engagement, detailed planning, engineering know‑how, and hands‑on project management to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

Our teams work across industries such as renewable energy, infrastructure, oil and gas, mining, and mobility, supporting everything from individual shipments to fully integrated turnkey solutions.

This global setup matters when projects demand precision, reliability, and close coordination across stakeholders, markets, and timelines, especially where complexity leaves no room for standard solutions.

Growing in Brazil: new office in Porto Alegre

This year’s Intermodal came at an important time for deugro’s continued growth in Brazil. On April 2026, we announced the opening of a new branch in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, further strengthening our regional presence and reinforcing our long‑term commitment to the Brazilian market.

From Porto Alegre, deugro provides the full scope of project freight forwarding and logistics services, supporting local and global clients across key industries including renewable energy, infrastructure, oil and gas, petrochemicals, and mining.

With this addition, Porto Alegre becomes deugro’s fifth office in Brazil, alongside São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, and Santos, enhancing proximity to projects in southern Brazil and enabling even closer collaboration with clients and partners.

Looking ahead

Thank you to everyone who represented deugro at Intermodal, and to all clients and partners who took the time to connect with us. Events like these underline what drives successful logistics: strong relationships, deep expertise, and collaboration built on trust.

The conversations in São Paulo were just the beginning. We look forward to building on them through close collaboration as projects move from planning to execution.
